About Gina 'Halfwolf' Aversa
Gina Aversa is a competitive powerlifter, certified trainer and strength coach. She has extensive experience in the fitness field, starting out as a college sprinter and pole vaulter, and moving onto helping others in their pursuit of strength. Her accomplishments in powerlifting include a 1282lbs total in the 165lbs, ranking her third All-Time and being an All-Time World Record Holder.

This includes a completely customized training plan, interactive spreadsheet, weekly check-ins, video analysis of lifts, nutritional guidance, and 24/7 access to me.
This isn't the 'quick fix' type of coaching. I build athletes from the ground up, if necessary, focusing on creating long term success.
